The menu is a treasure trove of classic and innovative Thai dishes, expertly prepared to showcase the signature tastes and textures of Southeast Asia. Must-try appetizers like the Crab Cream Cheese Roll, where creamy crabmeat is enveloped in perfectly crisp spring roll wrappers and paired with tangy Thai sweet & sour sauce, set the tone for a memorable meal. The Fried Calamari arrives crisp and tender, complemented by a unique avocado cilantro sauce that surprises and delights the palate. For those seeking the true spice and zest of Thailand, the Shrimp Cakes and Chicken Satay offer layers of flavor that are well balanced with traditional dipping sauces.

Soups and salads like the quintessential Tom Kha bring an aromatic blend of coconut milk, lemongrass, and galangal broth that warms from the first sip. The Larb — available with either chicken or pork — offers a refreshing yet spicy punch, marrying red onion, green onion, cilantro, and spicy lime juice in a crisp lettuce wrap. These fresh, vibrant dishes embody the essence of Thai culinary artistry.

Main courses showcase a range of textures and tastes, from the subtle sweetness of the Thai Thumbz Fried Rice and the comforting richness of Red Curry, to the perfectly grilled and richly sauced Sea Bass with Garlic Lime Sauce. Signature dishes like Pad Thai Shrimp balance the beloved harmony of sweet, salty, and savory with a satisfying crunch, while the exotic Kao-Soi Beef or Chicken introduces diners to a northern Thai specialty that's less common yet utterly delicious. The menu also appeals to seafood lovers with standouts such as Salmon Chu Chee, which is delicately spiced and creamy, creating a beautiful interplay of flavors on the tongue.

The dessert options like Fried Ice Cream provide a sweet finale, perfect for those wanting a crisp texture paired with a cool, luscious center. Paired with their popular Thai Iced Tea, this restaurant offers a well-rounded journey through authentic tastes.

Customer experiences at Thai’s Thumbz are mixed but honest. Some guests find the spice levels perfectly balanced and the food deliciously seasoned, praising unique dishes like the spring rolls and fried calamari. Others note occasional inconsistencies, such as unexpectedly sweet Pad Thai or a milder-than-expected pineapple fried rice. Service shines as a consistent highlight, with friendly, attentive staff like Cameron ensuring a welcoming and comfortable dining experience for all.

While pricing may lean slightly higher than some neighboring Thai eateries, the quality of ingredients, innovative flavor combinations, and warm atmosphere justify a visit. Food tastes ok. Nothing special. Service is great! Asked Pad Thai to be spicy, they made it sweet with peanut sauce. Expensive as compared to neighboring Thai food restaurants.

Tasty & spicy was just right. I got my food Togo but was still nice and hot. Fish cakes were goid but I thought they be crispy. Red curry as perfect. Papaya salad could have used more lime or citrus and it came on a bed of iceberg. Thai Tea is sweet, I added unsweetened almond milk to balance it out. Overall will be back!

I usually love Thai food because of its rich and bold flavors. I ordered the pineapple fried rice, but it turned out to be quite bland and lacking in taste. A bit disappointing. On the bright side, the complimentary soup was pretty good. Overall, $15 for a lunch portion felt a bit pricey.

Food was delicious. Spring rolls and Pad woosen i will be back for, unique and perfectly spiced for my taste. Thai Ice tea was only so-so but that can vary by day, so I'll try it again next time. Nice ambiance, bright by the windows, intimate further inside.

First time here and unfortunately don’t know when we will be back because we are out of staters - but… if we are in the area again we will be back!! After a long day on the road we stopped in about 9pm to grab some a couple appetizers because we didn’t want to eat a big meal late. Cameron was our server and was friendly, polite, and wasn’t disappointed that we only wanted some appetizers. We tried the crab cream cheese rolls, chicken satay on toast, and edamame. First off… the chicken satay with the peanut sauce on top of the toast was amazing!! Hands down my favorite satay anywhere! Next up was the crab cream cheese rolls and they were also really good, nicely cooked with a crispy outside but moist inside. Very tasty. Last was the edamame… well, it’s edamame. Tasted fine, salted just right, nothing to complain about. If we can come back down this direction, they have a couple dinner items I want to try! Thanks to Cameron for making our evening enjoyable and serving us the excellent food!

I ordered basil fried rice with chicken at omg heat level, it was amazing and delicious, but it wasn't spicy enough for me. So I went back in and ordered wings and asked for more spicy, they accommodated me very well with extra peppers and sauce. It was amazing, the service was fantastic. Very comfortable and safe feeling here. If you like spicy, and I mean spicy, ask for extra fresh peppers on your food. 10/10 my new favorite Thai restaurant!

We’ve been going here and getting take out for over 6 years. It’s the best I’ve ever had. Price is expensive but worth it! Thai fried rice is amazing. The Pad See Ew is the best I’ve ever had by far. My wife loves the Pad Thai and she said their Heavenly Beef is heavenly You will not be disappointed!! Took her parents one time and they loved it too.

Unassuming Thai restaurant. Food is delicious - we got the red curry, ginger curry, padkeemow and pad Thai. Spring rolls, ademame and summer rolls were good too. Remember - it is a BYOB place. Great for casual dinners.
